Hello! My name is Jamie Heskett. I am a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Indoor Cycling Instructor, Yoga Instructor, and Yoga Therapist. I am trained in several evidence based interventions to alleviate symptoms of distress. Welcome to Frontier Faith Wellness. I am on a mission to provide an affordable wholistic approach to wellness in mind, body, and spirit.
